The governing body for the AP Business Council is the Board of Directors. Five elected APBC members chose a chairperson and direct the activities of the APBC. The broader APBC membership nominates and elects new members to the board of directors as existing members depart or their terms expire. Directors serve for two years and are elected on a staggered basis so the entire board does not turn over at once. Directors may be elected to an unlimited number of terms. The chairperson is elected from within the board of directors and sets the schedule and agenda for meetings. The board of directors establishes the yearly budget, the fees and dues, proposes changes to the APBC charter, and appoints members to the committees. You can reach the board of directors via
